Dr Lee Brown
Dr Brown graduated with Honors from the University of Queensland in 1988, having completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). He spent seven years in hospital and general surgery training around Australia before commencing four years of plastic and reconstructive surgery training.
Dr Brown established Coastal Plastic Surgery (CPS) on the Sunshine Coast in 1999. His current practice is co-located with the Kawana Private Hospital, which he played a role in planning and developing. This has allowed the seamless care for all patients, ranging from those undergoing beauty treatments right through patients having major cosmetic or reconstructive surgery. Dr Brown and his team are always onsite allowing a more personalised service and complete patient satisfaction with regards to privacy, safety, comfort and results.
Dr Brown is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons, the Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons and the Australian Medical Association. He is also a Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. His main areas of practice are Plastic and Recontructive surgery involving Cosmetic surgery and removal and reconstruction after skin cancer surgery.
Dr Lee Brown resides on the Sunshine Coast with his wife and two children.

Cath Brown has worked closely with Dr Lee Brown over the last 16 years to help establish and develop Coastal Plastic Surgery. Her role within the practice is a clinical injector, surgical post-operative care and administration of the practice.
Cath has a Bachelor of Nursing and is trained clinical injector. She is constantly updating skills in industry changes to ensure positive outcomes for patients in their Coastal Plastic Surgery journey.
Cath is a member of Plastics Practice Managers Australia.
Alice Fischer has been a registered nurse for over 25 years and involved in the plastic surgery industry for a majority of her nursing career. For over 10 years Alice has been caring for patients at
Coastal Plastic Surgery. Her main role is in post-operative care of Skin cancer patients with a special interest in wound care and wound healing.
Nichaela is Coastal Plastic Surgery’s Paramedical Aesthetician. Nichaela graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Health Science in Aesthetics and specializes in the medical aesthetics field. Having worked in both the United States and Australian skin industries, Nichaela has a wealth of knowledge on different skin conditions such as acne, rosacea, wrinkle reduction and specializes in pigmentation and melasma. With the latest technologies and equipment available at Coastal Plastic Surgery, Nichaela is able to treat your specific skin conditions.
With a passion and knowledge of Nutritional Medicine Nichaela will assess your skin wellness with a diverse and intrinsic approach. Having spent most of 2011 in the United States Nichaela continued her education by attending medical esthetics summits, skin and cosmetic conventions with the most to up to date information from some of the world’s leading professionals in the skin care field.

Amanda has recently joined the team at Coastal Plastic Surgery, she has been a registered nurse for 20years with the last six years working exclusively in the field of plastic surgery. For Amanda there is nothing more rewarding than making somebody look and feel their best.
Amanda is a certified cosmetic nurse by the Australiasian Academy of Cosmetic Dermal Science. Amanda has extensive experience in caring for post-op cosmetic surgery patients, providing cosmetic treatments including injectable wrinkle relaxants and dermal fillers, skin assessments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and IPL.

Sharon Gallagher and Sarah Jones are the welcoming faces who will greet you upon entry to Coastal Plastic Surgery. Their professional approach and caring nature provide a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Together they have worked at the practice over 10 years, therefore are able to address any queries you may have.
